Manager, Sales (Country Manager, Bangladesh)

Drive Business Growth

• Deliver sales, profitability and market share objectives for Bangladesh
• Develop and execute short- and long-term growth strategies aligned with business priorities
• Analyse market dynamics, consumer trends and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with regional leadership to establish and execute country plans

Lead Commercial Excellence and Operations

• Optimize trade investment to deliver strong return on investment
• Drive successful commercialization and launch of new products and seasonal programs
• Build strategic relationships with key customers and distributors
• Ensure effective sales forecasting and provide insights on risks and opportunities
• Maintain strong controls around trade spending, revenue management and business processes

Lead People and Partnerships

• Foster a high-performance and highly engaged team culture
• Manage relationships with local stakeholders, including board members and business partners as required
• Serve as the legal signing authority and oversee country facilities and operations in Bangladesh

Required Qualifications

• MBA from a recognized leading business school
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Sales and Marketing within a leading FMCG organization
• Strong experience in Customer Marketing, Key Account Management, Field Sales and/or Distributor Management
• Demonstrated ability to execute business strategies and build high-performing teams
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP), Corporate Planning (CorPlan) and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, particularly in sales performance and trade spending management
• Experience utilizing syndicated market data and interpreting financial reports
