About the Role

Educational Requirements

• Master’s Degree from any recognized university.
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 in Graduation/Post-graduation.
• Minimum GPA 4.50 in SSC, HSC, or equivalent examinations.

Experience Requirements

• No prior experience is required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Maximum age of 32 years as of 20 October 2026.
• Must be a Bangladeshi citizen.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic banking environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Attractive monthly remuneration package during the one-year probation period.
• Successful probationers will be absorbed into the regular cadre according to the Bank’s policy.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Selected candidates will be required to execute a surety bond committing to serve Midland Bank PLC for a minimum period of five years from the date of joining.
