Executive / Senior Executive - Key Account Management

Key Responsibilities

• Support key account activities and daily customer operations
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely service and resolve customer concerns
• Manage customer communication, reports, quotations and invoices
• Join client meetings and performance reviews; help prepare proposals and service agreements
• Watch market trends and competitors and report account performance to management

Requirements

• BSc in Textile Engineering or MSc in Chemistry preferred; MBA
• 3 to 5 years of experience; TIC industry or garments-textile experience preferred
• Understanding of customer service and account management practices
