Channel / Market Operations Executive

vivo Bangladesh is hiring three Channel / Market Operations Executives at its Tejgaon head office to manage dealers, distributors and stores and drive sell-in and sell-out in their region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with dealers, distributors, store owners and store managers in the assigned region
  • Track sell-in, sell-out, stock levels and target achievement, and fix underperforming stores
  • Make regular market visits to check store performance, local demand and competitor activity
  • Follow up on replenishment, slow-moving stock, availability and stock transfers
  • Implement channel policies, incentives and promotions, and review store support and subsidies

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors degree
  • 1 to 2 years of channel sales or market operations experience with a mobile phone or electronics brand, distributor or retail chain
  • Age 28 to 32 years; the circular asks for male candidates
  • Working Excel skills, strong Bangla and good English
  • Willing to travel regularly within the region
