Manager - Design & Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products
• Run user research, interviews, surveys and usability testing
• Turn findings into user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
• Maintain a consistent design system and component library
• Work with product managers and engineers and present to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s in CSE, HCI, Fine Arts, Multimedia or related
• 7 to 9 years of experience in banks or fintech
• Strong UI/UX portfolio; Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar
• Agile/Scrum experience; UX certification is an advantage
