Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily production to hit output, quality and shipment targets
• Plan cutting, stitching, assembly/injection, finishing, packing and dispatch
• Track KPIs such as efficiency, downtime, rejection and wastage, and fix the gaps
• Work with IE, planning, quality and maintenance teams
• Lead and develop supervisors and line leaders; keep 5S and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Footwear Technology, Production Management or related
• Minimum 8 to 10 years in footwear manufacturing, with production or operations management
• Strong knowledge of footwear processes, machinery and quality standards
• Export safety footwear, injection moulding and ERP/MES experience is an advantage
