Key Responsibilities

  • Set the priority banking strategy, growth plan and market positioning
  • Grow and retain high-net-worth deposit and investment portfolios
  • Lead Relationship Managers and Priority Center Managers
  • Drive cross-selling of bank products, cards and lifestyle alliances
  • Keep priority centres compliant with Bangladesh Bank and AML/CFT rules

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors, no third class in any academic record
  • At least 12 years of experience
  • Proven experience leading Priority or Privilege Banking centres
  • Job grade: AVP - VP
