BSS Transformation Program Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases: implementation, migration, testing, cutover and post-go-live stabilisation
• Own delivery scope across CRM, revenue management, product catalogue, mediation, order management and API gateway
• Redesign product lifecycle and customer journeys with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Technology
• Manage system integrators and vendors; act as program interface for the CEO/CXO layer

Requirements

• B.Sc./M.Sc. Engineering in EEE/CSE; MBA/EMBA recommended
• 15+ years in telecom BSS and large-scale technology transformation
• 10+ years leading complex multi-vendor telecom programs
• PMP, MSP, PgMP or PRINCE2 highly preferred
