Senior Program Officer, Rule of Law Program

The Carter Center is hiring a Senior Program Officer for its Rule of Law Program in Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, planning, implementation, reporting and evaluation of program activities
  • Liaise with local and national stakeholders
  • Coordinate monitoring and evaluation data collection
  • Draft workplans, reports, terms of reference and program documents
  • Travel to districts to oversee activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in public administration, international development or related
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent written and spoken Bangla and English
  • Experience in governance, right to information, gender equality or access to justice preferred
