Deputy Project Director, SHOTORKO project

Winrock International is hiring a Deputy Project Director for SHOTORKO, its US State Department funded project against trafficking for forced criminality in online scam operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day guidance to the technical team across prosecution, protection, prevention and partnership
  • Coordinate implementing partners and monitor project activities
  • Maintain relationships with government offices and the donor
  • Support reporting, knowledge products and fund utilisation

Requirements

  • At least 7 years in a senior position leading a multidisciplinary team
  • At least 5 years collaborating with senior government officials and agencies
  • Program leadership, especially in counter-trafficking
  • Fluent English; willing to travel within Bangladesh
