• Educational Requirements:
  Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Additional Requirements:
  3rd division or 3rd class in any exam are discouraged to apply.

NRB Bank PLC is one of the emerging commercial banks in Bangladesh, aspiring to be a progressive, market-driven, compliant, and technology-driven bank.

• Visit defaulter’s premises regularly for recovery purposes and alert borrowers to pay off overdue/full outstanding amounts to avoid further legal actions.
• Identify the reasons behind the classification and take necessary recovery actions by understanding the reasons/weak points of clients for NPL (Non-Performing Loan) recovery.
• Keep SAM (Special Asset Management) Clients under regular inquiry for alternative sources of funds.
• Make best efforts for collecting DP as per BRPD circular for rescheduling/settlement/regularization of classified loans.
• Visit mortgaged properties and search for prospective buyers to sell the properties in compliance with rules and regulations.
• Achieve monthly recovery targets as set by Top Management from time to time.
• Stay updated with legal actions against defaulters and act accordingly to settle cases out of court.
• Take assistance from the Legal Division to execute Warrant of Arrest orders where applicable.
• Update daily recovery activities and maintain a shadow file with call/visit reports.
• Perform any other official tasks as instructed by the supervisor from time to time.
