1. AI Specialist
- Key Relationships
- Internal: Business, IT, Regulatory Affairs
- External: Bangladesh Bank, IT Councils, Vendors/Suppliers
- Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute the data science approach in a well-established banking atmosphere to support business goals and objectives, with commercial value of work prioritization and execution, which will deliver actionable insights for business planning and execution.
- Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms, machine learning models, and/or analytics insights for management and business teams to support various business functions, including (but not limited to): customer acquisition, customer retention, product development, pricing decisions, credit risk, fraud identification, and many other business needs within Prime Bank for both retail and wholesale banking customers.
- Design and develop Generative AI solutions by leveraging generative AI techniques to create new content, automate processes, and develop innovative products that offer added value to customers, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency.
- Identify and support the implementation of AI applications in product & service delivery.
- Proficiently analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Oversee the entire Machine Learning Operations lifecycle, from model development and deployment to monitoring and maintenance, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions and drive business value.
- Complexity / Judgment

- Knowledge & Experience
- Extensive hands-on experience in coding and modeling skills in Spark, Python, R, SQL, Presto, Hive proficiency.
- Deep technical and data science expertise, including experience in:
- Analytical methods: statistical modeling (logistic regression, time series, CHAID, PCA), supervised machine learning (random forests, neural networks), unsupervised learning, design of experiments, segmentation/clustering, text mining, network analysis and graphical modeling, optimization, simulation.
- Experience building in-production models, including associated scripting, error handling, and documentation.
- Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI frameworks and models such as GANs, VAEs, GPT, BERT, Claude, DeepSeek, etc.
- Proficient in high-quality analytics, reporting, and A/B testing.

2. HR Business Partner
- Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders by understanding business objectives and aligning HR strategies accordingly.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives.
- Partner with business units on performance management, talent development, and succession planning efforts.
- Collaborate with specialists in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.
- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, career development, and offboarding.
- Use HR analytics and insights to drive data-based decisions on workforce trends, engagement, and productivity.
- Act as a culture champion and change agent, promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and a positive work environment.
- Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Coach and support managers on leadership, feedback, and team development.
- Ensure legal compliance and mitigate HR-related risks by staying informed of labor laws and regulations.
- Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any certification in Human Resources Management.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role.
- Strong understanding of modern performance management philosophies.
- Experience in driving performance management processes in medium to large organizations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

3. Relationship Manager — China Desk, Transaction Banking
- Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between Prime Bank and Chinese clients.
- Understand clients’ business needs and revert to the concerned team.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Chinese clients to ensure client retention.
- Communicate with Chinese clients and translate and interpret Chinese documents, emails, and correspondence as per the requirement.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and act accordingly.
- Job Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate from any UGC approved local or reputed foreign university (preferably from China).
- Must have sound knowledge in Chinese language in oral communication.
- Certification in Chinese language proficiency is preferred.
