Relationship/Senior Relationship Officer: Retail Banking Division
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time Employment(Permanent Position)
Location: Dhaka
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve new business in asset, liability and cards;
- Ensure retention of business target;
- Manage the PAR & NPL of own asset portfolio within the given target;
- Analyze the credit-worthiness of the potential borrower;
- Ensure quality services to the customers within the guideline;
- Cross – selling of different products of BRAC Bank;
- Assist other official tasks as guided by Management.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
- Graduation/ Post Graduation from reputed public / private University or College with minimum Second Class/ division in all examinations;
- Working experience of 2 years as a contractual or 1 year as a permanent employee in sales, preferably in banking/financial institutions;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Good command in computer literacy (MS Office) & Analytical ability;
- Good communication skill (both written & verbal) and excellent interpersonal Skills.
