The MTO Programme

This 24-month structured traineeship is designed to build future leaders through comprehensive on-the-job, in-house, and external training. The programme includes rotational assignments across:

General Banking
Credit Management
Foreign Exchange Operations

Successful MTOs will be confirmed as Principal Officer upon completion of the programme.

Eligibility Criteria

Fresh graduates or postgraduates from reputed universities (home or abroad).
Minimum CGPA 3.25 out of 4.00 (or equivalent) at all academic levels.
Maximum age 32 years at the time of joining.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Compensation & Career Growth

Traineeship Package BDT 75,000 per month (consolidated) for 2 years

Post-Confirmation Principal Officer with monthly salary BDT 90,000
