Assistant Manager/Manager, Treasury Operations, Finance & Accounts

bKash is hiring an Assistant Manager/Manager, Treasury Operations in Dhaka, to drive operational control and regulatory compliance across treasury operations, bank settlements and Oracle reporting reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong controls over fund availability and daily settlements, including assisted partner bank settlements
  • Ensure daily and monthly reconciliation of Treasury Operations activities and reporting in Oracle, in line with Bangladesh Bank guidelines
  • Lead treasury operational onboarding and feasibility assessments for existing and new bKash services
  • Review and update treasury operational processes and Oracle modules and develop Standard Operating Procedures
  • Facilitate internal and external audits, support ISO 27001 compliance and manage regulatory reporting to Bangladesh Bank
  • Review service agreements, legal drafts and Notes for Approval with Legal, Commercial, Product & Technology and other teams
  • Coordinate with banks, MNOs, middleware partners, regulatory bodies and external auditors on settlements, UAT and audit requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Information Systems from a reputed university
  • Partly qualified Chartered Accountant (Professional Level passed); Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) from ICAB is preferred
  • Work experience in a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm
  • 5+ years of relevant professional and industry experience in Treasury Operations, Finance & Accounts or related areas
  • Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
