HR Business Partner / Senior HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to divisional heads and senior leaders, aligning people strategy with business objectives and growth plans
• Lead workforce planning, organization design, manpower budgeting and structure reviews for assigned business divisions
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning and development of critical and high-potential talent
• Oversee the performance management cycle for assigned divisions, ensuring calibration, differentiation and linkage to rewards
• Use people analytics and HR MIS to identify trends in attrition, productivity, engagement and cost
• Lead change management, culture and engagement initiatives and support the rollout of HR transformation programs
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions for the business
• Coach, guide and build the capability of HRBPs within the team

Key Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM or a postgraduate degree with specialization in Human Resources or Management from a UGC-approved university
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 4 years in an HR Business Partner or HR generalist leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law, Labour Rules, Bangladesh Bank HR-related directives and contemporary HR practices
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior leaders, with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills
• Professional certification in HR (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) will be an added advantage
