Mutual Trust Bank is hiring Management Trainees for its one-year MMT fast-track program, paying BDT 83,000 a month.

Program

  • One-year learning and rotational program
  • BDT 83,000 per month during the program
  • Then placement as Junior Assistant Vice President (JAVP) at BDT 115,500 per month, with benefits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a UGC-approved university
  • Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00
  • SSC/HSC GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 or higher (or O/A Level equivalent)
  • Under 32 years of age as of 18 November 2026
  • Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
