Assistant Manager, Service Integration

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of merchants, partners, vendors, government organizations, banks and billers
• Coordinate integration activities including interface validation, connectivity readiness and testing for Bill Payment, Add Money, Merchant Payment, E-Commerce, Government Services and Fund Transfer
• Review business requirements, API specifications, workflow diagrams and solution designs to support integration planning
• Prepare and maintain BRD, SRS, FRS, API specifications, implementation plans and integration inventories
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, pilot testing, production validation and defect management
• Coordinate release, deployment, migration, cutover and Go-Live activities
• Track and help resolve integration issues, incidents, risks and dependencies
• Identify integration process gaps, automation opportunities and service enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, IT or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years in service integration, service delivery or technology environments
• Experience in Digital Financial Services, FinTech, Banking, Telecommunications, Payment Systems or Technology organizations preferred
• Strong understanding of system integration principles, API-based integrations and service delivery processes
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, testing and release management practices
• Strong command of Jira, Trello, MS Project and Confluence
• Age at least 26 years
