Head of Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities of the Audit Unit under the Audit Committee
• Supervise foreign exchange transaction reporting to Bangladesh Bank
• Finalise audit, investigation and risk-based audit reports
• Report major irregularities to the Audit Committee and the Board
• Prepare the yearly Risk-Based Audit Plan
• Develop the Internal Audit Unit’s policies and manuals

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in any discipline, no third division or class
• CA / CMA / CS / CFA / CSAA / ACCA / CISA / MBM preferred
• Minimum 12 years, at least 3 as Head of Internal Audit of a bank
• Expertise in internal control, risk management and regulatory compliance
• Age at most 55 years
