Branch Manager (SEO to EVP)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the branch’s operations, leading a team of employees and setting performance goals
• Achieve the business budget for assets, liabilities and other targets set by Head Office
• Oversee product promotion, client service, branch administration and human resources management
• Maintain and improve the branch service standard
• Ensure all reporting complies with regulatory requirements and is done on time
• Distribute work among branch employees through well-defined tasks and responsibilities

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• At least 5 years of experience in banks
• Age 30 to 55 years
• Candidates having a break in service need not apply
• Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be a confident communicator and presenter
