Job Title: Management Trainee – Sales Force Excellence
Grameen Danone Foods Limited (GDFL), a socially responsible yogurt and biscuits manufacturing company, is looking for a Management Trainee to join our Sales Force Excellence team. As a Management Trainee in the Sales Force Excellence team, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing functions of our business. We are looking for a young, dynamic, and committed individual who is a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to understand the growing needs of social business in Bangladesh and be a change maker through your agility, accountability, and flexibility in dynamic work settings. You should also be self-driven and accountable, with an ambitious mindset for delivering results.
The ideal candidate should be a fresh graduate from any discipline, pragmatic, proactive, and a problem solver.
