Position: Admin Manager
Employment Status: Full Time
Job Location: Dhaka, Mohakhali
Managing all administrative functions and lead admin dept
Controlling vehicle management
Supervising administrative systems, policies, and procedures as per demand
Managing foreign staff’s legal documents like visa, work permit, security clearance etc.
Monitoring company apartment’s rent & other agreements, legal documents for different Nationalities
Facilitating supports and follow up HR & other department activities
Arranging yearly events
Implementing and managing company rules & regulations
Field visiting for different projects as per demand
Maintain proper communication with clients
MBA/M. Com/Masters in relevant discipline with adequate knowledge in Admin
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a teamwork mentality
Excellent communication skills with multitasking
Good command in English (Japanese Language will get extra attention)
Professional and can coordinate with corporate culture
At least 7 years of job experience in the same field
Expertise in MS Office, Browsing and Tech Savvy
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: BDT 100,000 – 130,000 (Depending on qualification, skills and experience
Additional payment will be there for extra work if needed
Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm.
