To support its continuous growth, MGI is inviting ambitious, proactive, and dynamic fresh graduates to join its FMCG Division as Management Trainee Officer (MTO).

• Assist in crafting and executing ATL (Above-the-Line), BTL (Below-the-Line), and TTL (Through-the-Line) marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
• Assist in executing comprehensive 360-degree marketing activities for key products.
• Collaborate with advertising, creative, and research agencies to plan, execute, and evaluate brand activation and communication initiatives.
• Support the management of digital marketing efforts, including content development, community engagement, and campaign execution across social media and online platforms to strengthen brand presence.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.
• Assist in delivering communication materials and help in implementing activities such as events, retail branding, point-of-sale promotions, outdoor campaigns, and consumer engagement programs.
• Maintain regular communication with dealers, retailers, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure promotional campaigns and trade offers are effectively communicated and executed.
• Conduct frequent market visits to monitor promotional activity implementation, gather competitor intelligence, and understand evolving customer preferences and category trends.
• Assist in the preparation of key documentation and reports, including Branding budgets and cost tracking, Brand awareness reports, Post-activity evaluations, Market survey reports, etc.

• Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English.
• Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills
• Quick Learning Ability
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability
