Manager - Treasury, BRAC International Microfinance

BRAC International is hiring a Treasury Manager in Dhaka for its microfinance subsidiaries, covering cash, banking partners and treasury reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting and funding for the microfinance subsidiaries
  • Negotiate banking terms and select partner banks under the safe bank policy
  • Keep treasury policy, procedures and the Delegation of Authority
  • Maintain records of bank accounts and fund transfers; report to senior management and the Board
  • Work with Group Finance and subsidiary CFOs and train subsidiary teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • 3 to 5 years in treasury or financial management in a bank, financial institution, consultancy or similar
  • Microfinance experience an advantage
  • Financial modelling and cash flow forecasting
  • Knowledge of banking and treasury systems and instruments
