About the Opportunity

Neel Diganto Hotel & Resort is looking for confident, customer-focused, and results-driven individuals to join its team as Sales and Customer Care Executives. The ideal candidates should have strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills, with the ability to build client relationships, generate leads, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present the company's projects and properties effectively, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Generate new leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and guide prospective clients throughout the sales process.
  • Recommend suitable projects and properties based on clients' needs and investment objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport.
  • Drive the sales process through client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Handle client inquiries and objections professionally while contributing effectively to negotiations and deal closing.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure a professional and seamless customer experience.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Honors 1st Year or currently enrolled.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Candidates with experience in the following business areas are preferred:
    • Real Estate
    • Tourism
    • Resorts

Additional Requirements

  • Age between 20 and 28 years.
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills.
  • Confident, friendly, and professional personality.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
