About the Role

Programming Hero is looking for a sharp, creative, and growth-minded Brand Executive to manage and grow a personal brand across Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This person will own the digital presence of the brand and work to make it more trustworthy, authentic, energetic, and engaging for audiences in Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day management of Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute the personal brand’s content and growth strategy.
  • Identify audience interests, trends, and content opportunities.
  • Work closely with the content and creative teams to produce high-quality content.
  • Strengthen brand positioning, credibility, authenticity, and audience connection.
  • Monitor content performance, audience behavior, and growth metrics.
  • Experiment with new content formats, distribution strategies, and growth initiatives.
  • Build an active and engaged community around the personal brand.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and communication across platforms.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of marketing, growth, content, and personal branding.
  • Sharp sense of what makes content engaging and shareable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Good understanding of Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn content algorithms.
  • Ability to turn ideas, insights, and trends into actionable content strategies.
  • High ownership, creativity, curiosity, and execution ability.
  • Experience managing a personal brand, creator, media page, or digital brand will be a strong advantage.
