About the Role

US-Bangla Airlines is inviting applications for the position of Cabin Crew. The role is responsible for delivering high standards of passenger service while maintaining onboard safety, handling passenger requirements, supporting emergency procedures, and ensuring a smooth inflight experience.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum HSC or equivalent.
• Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC or equivalent.
• No third division or equivalent result will be accepted in any examination.
• For Diploma degree holders, minimum CGPA 2.80 out of 4.00 is required.
• For O Level candidates, maximum 5 subjects with an average grade of D.
• For A Level candidates, maximum 2 subjects with an average grade of D.
• GED is not acceptable.

Age Requirements

Fresher Candidates

• 18 to 27 years as of the application deadline.

Experienced Candidates

• Maximum 35 years.
• No affidavit will be accepted.

Physical Requirements

Height

• Male: Minimum 168 cm / 5 feet 6 inches.
• Female: Minimum 161 cm / 5 feet 3 inches.
• Arm reach: 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Weight

• Weight should be proportionate to height.
• BMI must be between 18 and 25 for both male and female candidates.

Eyesight

• Visual acuity of 6/6 without spectacles.
• Vision correction up to 6/6 is acceptable.
• Candidates with color blindness will not be considered.

Additional Requirements

• Swimming skills will be given preference.
• Selected candidates must learn swimming during the initial training period.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Bengali and English.
• Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
• Good physical health and medical fitness required for Cabin Crew duties.
• Strong, upright physical appearance and appealing personality.
• No visible tattoos or marks on the body.
• Positive and impressive attitude and bearing.
• Must reside adjacent to or around Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) after joining, including areas such as Nikunja and Uttara Model Town, Sectors 01 to 14.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend pre-flight briefings.
• Welcome passengers onboard and guide them to their assigned seats.
• Check emergency equipment before takeoff.
• Explain and demonstrate safety procedures and emergency equipment to passengers.
• Ensure all hand luggage is securely stored.
• Check passenger seat belts and galleys before takeoff.
• Clear and collect meal trays from passengers.
• Distribute landing cards and other required documentation.
• Administer first aid when required.
• Handle emergency situations effectively.
• Support passenger safety and service throughout the flight.
