Engagement & Growth Senior Manager

Banglalink is hiring an Engagement & Growth Senior Manager to lead Toffee’s engagement and growth strategy: monthly active users, retention and subscriber growth through data-led campaigns and lifecycle marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Toffee’s engagement and growth strategy for active users, engagement time, retention and subscribers
  • Own digital media planning and performance across acquisition and subscription campaigns
  • Manage media agencies, campaign budgets, optimisation and reporting
  • Lead customer lifecycle management from onboarding to win-back
  • Track CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion, retention and subscription revenue

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • 7+ years in growth, performance or digital marketing, media or CRM/CLM
  • Hands-on digital media planning, performance marketing and user acquisition
  • Experience managing media agencies and digital campaign budgets
  • Strong analytics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion and retention
