Zonal Manager

Banglalink is hiring a Zonal Manager to run territory distribution and retail sales in an assigned zone, based anywhere in Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement the territory distribution plan for a medium-size territory
  • Supervise the distributors’ work force day to day and evaluate their performance and ROI
  • Plan market visits and check Retail Sales Officers’ activities and POSM visibility
  • Drive retailer contribution to new acquisitions and monitor retailer profitability
  • Analyse acquisition, I-top up, scratch card and M-wallet sales trends
  • Gather market and competitor information and find retailers to expand the business

Requirements

  • Graduation / BBA
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, 2 to 3 years of it relevant
  • Good knowledge of distribution sales, products and trade marketing
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Train-the-trainer skills
  • Open to high mobility
