The role focuses on identifying and onboarding new restaurant partners, supporting business growth, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The position also involves incubation and account management of newly acquired vendors for one month.

Role Overview

As a Telesales Representative, the role will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new restaurants to join the platform. In addition to sales activities, the position will oversee the incubation and account management process for newly acquired vendors for a period of one month to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Leads: Handle incoming inquiries from potential restaurant owners interested in joining the platform.
• Offline Search: Research and identify potential restaurant partners through offline channels such as local directories, industry events, and referrals.
• Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, providing information about services, benefits, and pricing.
• Qualify Leads: Assess the suitability of potential partners based on established criteria and quality standards.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations over the phone, demonstrating the value of joining the platform.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with potential partners while addressing their concerns and objections effectively.
• Onboarding: Assist in onboarding partners, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to get started.
• Meet Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• MBA, BBA, or B.Com from a recognized university.
• Proven experience in telesales, sales, or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Familiarity with the restaurant industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proven track record in telesales with a history of achieving commercial targets.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
