System Administrator (SCCM)

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and optimize Microsoft SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft Intune environments for global client operating systems and mobile assets
• Own the creation, maintenance and deployment of standardized corporate OS images using SCCM task sequences, Windows Autopilot and driver package management
• Engineer, test and distribute software packages, applications and updates globally with minimal disruption
• Execute monthly client patching lifecycles and generate compliance reports to meet security standards
• Configure and support Intune policies, including Conditional Access, configuration profiles and compliance policies for iOS, Android and Windows devices
• Manage and expand the hybrid co-management bridge between on-premises SCCM and Azure-based Intune services
• Partner with third-party vendors and hardware providers for tier-3 escalation and support endpoint lifecycle forecasting
• Travel between local operational facilities as required to support large-scale endpoint rollouts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, engineering and troubleshooting Microsoft SCCM / MECM and Microsoft Intune environments
• 5+ years of experience configuring SCCM task sequences, managing Windows Autopilot rollouts and administering Windows 10/11
• 5+ years of operational experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Conditional Access policies and Intune enrollment methods
• Proven proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP and DNS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to take part in a rotational on-call framework supporting a 24/7 global manufacturing operation
