Assistant Manager - Sales & BD (Business Assurance)

Intertek Bangladesh is hiring two Assistant Managers for Sales and Business Development in Business Assurance, based in Narayanganj, to sell social compliance audit services and grow key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for Business Assurance services
  • Find new business and develop new service lines
  • Promote social compliance audits such as SA8000, amfori BSCI and WRAP
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Handle client queries and complaints, coordinate with operations and support key accounts
  • Monitor service quality and turnaround time

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc in Textile Engineering
  • 3 to 7 years in sales, business development or auditing; audit, compliance, testing, inspection or certification experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of SA8000, amfori BSCI, WRAP and ISO standards and of garment manufacturing
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • At least 28 years old
