People & Culture Business Partner Manager, Non-Agronomy

JTI is hiring a People & Culture Business Partner Manager for its Non-Agronomy functions, based in Kushtia, to own organisational design, career and performance management, talent sourcing and the development of high potential talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement P&C strategies aligned with JTI and Leaf business objectives
  • Review organisational structures and lead headcount and workforce planning
  • Oversee recruitment, internal mobility, promotions, succession planning and talent reviews
  • Coach leaders on performance management, deploy reward programmes and lead training needs analysis
  • Drive engagement and culture, and support leaders on labour law, employee relations and compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, including a year of people management
  • Strong HR business partnering: organisational design, change management, talent acquisition and L&D
  • Understanding of Bangladesh labour law preferred; good English
  • Willing to travel and work in the Kushtia office
