Process Lead (Production - Cigarettes and Filters)

JTI is hiring a Process Lead for its Tongi factory to coordinate technical activities on its production lines and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all technical activities on the assigned production lines
  • Build the operating teams’ technical skills
  • Run Daily Direction Setting and Daily Management Systems under IWS
  • Keep EHS, quality and 5S3R standards
  • Drive production KPIs and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in a production plant is an advantage
  • SAP, Power BI and Lean / IWS knowledge
  • Good English and Bengali communication
