Relationship Manager, Bangladesh FI - Sales (Corporate & Investment Banking Group)

Mashreq, the UAE’s oldest private bank, is hiring a Relationship Manager for financial institutions sales in its Bangladesh franchise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with senior management of Bangladeshi banks, financial institutions and regulators
  • Grow Mashreq’s wallet share in correspondent banking, trade finance, payments, treasury and cash management
  • Plan and deliver monthly and annual business targets with the Deputy Country Representative
  • Negotiate pricing, limits and deal structures within approved guidelines
  • Lead and coach the team and keep a strong KYC, AML and sanctions culture

Requirements

  • University graduate, preferably MBA or business
  • At least 8 to 10 years in banking, preferably corporate sales, trade operations or FI sales
  • Knowledge of trade and international payment processing
  • Team player, comfortable with change
