About The Programme
Through the Nestlé Needs YOUth initiative, Nestlé works to equip the next generation for employment through internships, apprenticeships, graduate programmes and partnerships with education providers.
Nesternship is Nestlé Bangladesh PLC’s own internship programme, built for graduating students who want to upskill themselves and become future ready. The programme runs for six months and is designed to give you real exposure in your field of study and a head start on future growth.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduating students who are done, or will be done, with all academic courses between October 2026 and January 2027.
- A CGPA of 3.00 or above in your bachelor degree.
- Strong presence in extra curricular activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nestlé Bangladesh PLC holds the exclusive right to select or reject any candidate based on suitability for the programme. Only shortlisted candidates are contacted for the next stage of the selection process.
