Regional Head or Senior Regional Head, Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales for mass customers to meet or beat revenue targets
• Ensure product availability and even distribution through channel partners
• Build and run the Regional Growth Blueprint in line with business plans
• Run distribution, retail financing and digital/hybrid distribution models
• Ensure customer service excellence through Walk-in-Centers and partners
• Lead regional market intelligence and the regional sales and service workforce

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant subject from a reputed university
• Planning and execution capability
• Excellent communication in English and Bangla
• Negotiation, stakeholder management and project management skills
• Analytical, results-driven, high ownership mindset
