Head of Customer Experience & Logistics Bangladesh

Main Purpose

The Customer Experience & Logistics Director, Bangladesh leads all aspects of Customer Experience operations and logistics in Bangladesh (turnover 500+m€). The role ensures world-class service, cost-effective logistics, and integration of Supply Chain, Factories, Planning, and O2C to deliver superior service and cost. It is part of the PTAB (Pakistan, Turkey, Arabia, Bangladesh) Customer Operations Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations, transportation, and warehousing across Bangladesh.
• Deliver best-in-class logistics, manage annual spend of 10m€, and optimize cost to serve.
• Ensure warehouse design, capacity planning, automation, and technology deployment.
• Minimize damages, shortages, and pilferages, ensuring product quality and compliance.
• Drive customer service mindset, manage order processing, and ensure accurate SAP master data.
• Lead logistics optimization, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor performance metrics, secondary sales, on-time deliveries, promotions, and pricing pipelines.
• Embed safety, sustainability, and decarbonization into logistics operations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Degree in logistics, supply chain, business, finance, or engineering.
• 15+ years in supply chain operations with proven leadership of large teams.
• Strong project & change management, including supply chain and digital transformations.
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS, transportation markets, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, data-driven mindset, resilience, and ability to lead cultural change.
