You are a flexible team player who is eager to learn to analyze large datasets with proper tools. You have knowledge and experience collecting, cleaning, organizing, and visualizing data sets to find insights. You love thinking about data and solving problems that include identifying trends, patterns, and performing predictive analysis. You’re able to support technical projects with guidance from senior team members to unlock the value of data. Importantly, you are passionate about farming and care deeply about improving thousands of farmer’s life using data and modern technologies.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼:
As an Intern Data Analyst, you will closely work with the Senior Data Scientists to perform insightful analyses and build algorithms that will help drive our business forward! Activities will include working in Jupyter Notebook (using Python, Google Earth Engine, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) to build data pipelines, create reports/analyses, and build algorithms/models to achieve business objectives. In addition, you will be required to perform tasks related to collecting and aggregating farming data from various sources.

✧ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field or equivalent related experience (flexible)
✧ Proficiency in programming, statistics, data analysis, and machine learning
✧ Having strong problem-solving and analytical skills, good intuition with numbers, connecting the dots, synthesizing disparate information sources, and finding patterns
✧ A true team player – flexible about your role and ready to do what it takes to get things done
✧ Insatiable curiosity and lifelong learner
✧ Having strong moral and ethical principles

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (flexible)
