Territory Sales Manager

What You Will Do

  • Ensure the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by volume and value.
  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets and monitor daily sales activities.
  • Manage distributors and sales representatives in all aspects.
  • Supervise and coordinate all marketing and sales activities.
  • Arrange on-the-job training for the assigned team.
  • Monitor the performance of the concerned team and lead them to achieve their targets.
  • Ensure meeting PC, LPS, TLS, Brand ECO, ND, and WD targets and growth while identifying business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Compile and analyze sales figures for the assigned territory.
  • Stay up to date with products and competitor activities.

Our Perfect Candidate

  • Graduation/Post-graduation in any discipline.
  • 2–3 years of similar work experience in any manufacturing company.
  • Valid Driving Licence.
