Retail Outlet Officer

Role Purpose

Handle all walk-in customers and telephone enquiries while ensuring the retail outlet operates smoothly in accordance with company policies and regulations at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to all walk-in and account customers at all times.
• Proactively sell DHL services, such as TDD, SII, and PDN, to capture business opportunities and optimize revenue.
• Provide after-sales service by registering special pre-alerts and following up on customer requests.
• Ensure updated customer information is shared with the respective stakeholders and that all service-related information is properly completed and updated.
• Respond to walk-in and telephone customer enquiries.
• Support the processing of redemption services for marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a clean and tidy retail outlet.

People Management

• The role has no direct reports or authority over country-line and functional personnel.
• Demonstrate the ability to influence decisions and actions when required.

Functional Experience

• 2 years of work experience in the service and sales industry.

Education & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.

Work Environment

This is an on-site retail operations role based in Gazipur, requiring regular interaction with walk-in customers, account customers, telephone enquiries, and internal stakeholders.
