Analyst, Client Lifecycle Management Operations

Job Summary

• Maintain high-quality Client Static Data in SCI and TP systems.
• Ensure error-free work with no operating losses.
• Ensure individual productivity targets are met or surpassed.
• Comply with all relevant Group Policies related to CLM/CDD as applicable.
• Comply with all relevant Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy.
• Comply with Group Operational Risk procedures.

Processes

• Accurately input and maintain customer data, including ISIC codes, CRG, address, ARM codes, X-Reference, and other relevant information in Static Data systems such as SCI and TP systems (eBBS, ACBS, Hogan, IMEX, OTP, LTP, etc.).
• Accurately input and maintain limits loaded in SCI.
• Verify transactions wherever the system is set up for Deal Single Release (DSR).
• Ensure all TP IDs are cross-referred in the SCI system based on the L1/L2/L3 matrix.
• Ensure CDD guidelines are adhered to at all times.
• Ensure pre-processing activities are carried out according to established guidelines.
• Prepare and submit data accurately and on time for MIS purposes.
• Actively participate in BCP/DR and other UAT activities.
• Adhere to established Operating Procedures and Group Risk Policies at all times.
• Ensure productivity MIS is updated accurately and immediately after completion of the respective transaction.
• Uphold the values of the Group and Company at all times.
• Keep system and procedural knowledge updated by tracking periodic circulars and other instructions issued.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in tests on knowledge and procedures, departmental quizzes, and Group/Company-wide CSR initiatives and training.
• Ensure timely escalation to Senior Management of any exceptions noticed related to work and the work environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Group Code of Conduct at all times.
• Ensure proper maintenance of workstations and the work environment.
• Ensure adherence to the Clean Desk Policy of Scope.
• Ensure timely completion of all e-Learning courses.

Qualifications & Experience

• University Graduate or above with academic or professional education/qualifications.
• Demonstrated experience in managing key performance metrics, including their use in governance.
• More than 2–3 years of experience in management information and related data management processes is preferable.
• Experience managing multiple change projects within a larger program.
• High-quality written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to focus on multiple initiatives and data subjects simultaneously.
• Very strong attention to detail, reflecting the very low tolerance for errors in Financial Crime and Compliance data.
• Entry-level Compliance Risk Assessment knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, including working across different departments, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced-level understanding of SQL, Python 3, Tableau, Relational Databases (Oracle, MySQL), and MS VBA.
