British American Tobacco Bangladesh has an exciting opportunity for a Factory NPI Executive at its Savar facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring successful product launches from concept to commercialization.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Planning, and Logistics teams to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and action trackers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure factory readiness by coordinating materials, packaging components, specifications, production systems, and operational requirements.
• Lead factory trials, pilot runs, product validations, and first commercial production activities to support smooth product implementation.
• Monitor launch performance and resolve issues during post-launch stabilization to achieve business targets.
• Act as the key liaison between Marketing, Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively escalating critical issues for timely resolution.
• Maintain compliance with NPI governance standards, project documentation, and change management processes.
• Support regulation, packaging, product maintenance, and complexity reduction initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices to improve project execution.
• Deliver projects within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and business requirements while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, Engineering, or Project Management.

Additional Requirements

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to NPI, supply planning, product change management, or project management.
• Knowledge of SAP, MES, Power BI, or similar business systems.
• Experience working in cross-functional project teams.
