Facilities Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Support the operation and maintenance of factory facilities, buildings, infrastructure and utilities to ensure uninterrupted business operations
• Coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities for facility assets and services
• Manage contractor and vendor activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards and Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements
• Monitor facility KPIs, maintenance costs and service delivery performance
• Support utility operations including water, compressed air, HVAC, drainage, electrical distribution and fire protection systems
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, environmental requirements and company facility management standards
• Coordinate workplace improvement projects, facility upgrades and infrastructure modifications
• Support budget management, purchase requisitions, contractor invoices and payment certification
• Drive sustainability initiatives focusing on energy efficiency, water conservation and waste reduction

What BAT Is Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Utilities Operations, Building Services, Engineering Maintenance or Manufacturing Operations
• Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial or factory environment
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, water treatment, fire protection and compressed air systems
• Experience managing contractors, vendors and service providers
• Familiarity with EHS standards and Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes
• Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance, IFS or a CMMS will be an advantage
