Director PACS, Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the PACS strategy for Bangladesh
• Build relationships with policy makers, regulators, tax authorities, industry associations and civil society
• Formulate policy positions and protect the business from policy and regulatory shocks
• Lead the communications plan with the PR agency and run incident (crisis) management
• Guide bottling partners on PACS priorities, ESG compliance and social licence
• Develop sustainability programmes with The Coca-Cola Foundation

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MBA or other master’s) or equivalent
• Approximately 15 years plus of experience
• Knowledge of Bangladesh’s policy and regulatory landscape and of working with government, tax authority, associations and NGOs
• People management, coalition building and measurable PR strategy
