Market & Channel Manager - Bangladesh

Haier Energy, the renewable energy arm of the Haier Group, is building its team in Bangladesh and is hiring a Market & Channel Manager to grow its solar inverter, battery and storage business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage distributors, dealers, EPC companies and solar installers across Bangladesh
  • Drive product certification and regulatory compliance
  • Track market size and demand across residential rooftop, C&I, off-grid and utility segments
  • Train channel partners and installers on installation, commissioning and troubleshooting
  • Plan go-to-market activities: expos, digital marketing, seminars and flagship projects
  • Own regional sales targets, channel KPIs and market share

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in the solar market of Bangladesh
  • Solid technical background in solar technology
  • Proven channel development experience with distributors, dealers or EPC partners
  • Fluent English; working Chinese is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel frequently
