Grants, Procurement, and Operations Manager, SHOTORKO project

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SHOTORKO’s in-country grants, procurement and operations with the Director of Finance, Grants and Administration
• Support grant solicitation, proposal review, negotiation and grant modifications
• Make sure grants comply with Bangladesh and U.S. government rules and Winrock policies
• Monitor grantees’ financial reports and build the capacity of local grant recipients
• Prepare purchase requisitions, vendor solicitations and procurement documentation

Requirements

• Master’s or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Part-qualified CMA / CA-CC preferred
• Minimum 6 years in grants, procurement and operations for international development organisations
• U.S. government-funded grants experience strongly preferred; sound knowledge of NGOAB rules
• Fluent English and willingness to travel within Bangladesh
