What You Will Do

  • Own Apparel quality operations priorities and translate the global quality strategy into category plans
  • Govern SOPs, certification requirements and continuous improvement with regional teams
  • Use factory scorecards, KPIs and analytics to reduce defects and total cost of quality
  • Lead resolution of apparel testing, fit, construction and manufacturing issues
  • Direct the Vendor Certification Program and build vendor quality capability

Skills For Success

  • 15 years in quality management, manufacturing, engineering, product development or supply chain within reputable multinationals, with people leadership
  • University degree or equivalent in a related discipline
  • Experience leading multicultural, virtual and matrix teams
  • Strong knowledge of knitted and woven apparel manufacturing; excellent English
