Sales Administrator (Varian Business)

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administrative support to the Varian sales team
• Prepare, review and submit tender documents, quotations and commercial proposals
• Process sales orders and purchase orders in SAP
• Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and Service
• Follow up customer inquiries, orders, deliveries and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline
• 2 to 4 years in Sales Administration, Commercial Operations or a similar role
• Tender preparation experience highly preferred; working knowledge of SAP preferred
