GEN AI Lead / Chartered Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Define the architecture and standards of enterprise GenAI platforms and applications
• Set best practice for LLMOps, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration and AI governance
• Lead AI copilots, conversational BI, customer service assistants and workflow agents
• Mentor ML and GenAI engineers in the AI Excellence Team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Business or relevant
• 4 to 7 years in AI/ML engineering with large-scale GenAI systems in production
• Strong Python and backend engineering; LangChain, LlamaIndex, Docker, Kubernetes
• GPU inference, open-source LLM deployment, vector databases and a major cloud platform
